The specialization of midwifery is one of the most common and widespread healthcare disciplines, focusing on the care of pregnant women before, during, and after childbirth.
As for the subjects studied in midwifery, they include women's diseases, pathology, health assessment, pharmacology, general nutrition, child health and diseases, and others.
As for the duration of studying midwifery in Turkey, it extends to four years with an additional year to learn the language of instruction, whether Turkish or English.

1- High School Certificate (Translated into Turkish or English)
2- High School Transcript (All Grades) (Translated into Turkish or English)
3- A Copy of the Passport
4- YÖS, SAT, ACT etc. Exam Result (if any)
5- A Personal Photo
6- Valid English Language Certificate (For English Programs / if any)
7- Turkish Language Certificate C1 (For Turkish Programs / if any)
8- Equivalency Certificate / Denklik (During Registration)
Important Notes:
- Since applications are done electronically, documents must be prepared in PDF format, and after obtaining admission, registration at the university is done in person or through a power of attorney and with the original documents.
- The high school certificate and transcripts (all years of secondary school) must be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in your country.
- Documents must be translated into Turkish by a translator accredited to the Embassy of the Republic of Turkey in your country or by a translator accredited to the Notary Public in Turkey. Otherwise, the translation will not be accepted.
