Urban and Regional Planning specialization can be defined as an architectural discipline in which students specialize in organizing cities, distributing housing, industrial areas, service facilities, institutional facilities, and more.
Urban and regional planners focus on several aspects when studying this specialization, including social, environmental, and economic factors, as well as transportation, electricity, water networks, and more.
As for those wondering, what does an urban planner do? They have plenty of job opportunities, but the most prominent ones are in governmental institutions such as ministries and municipalities.
