Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat University (ALKU) was established on March 31, 2015 in Alanya, Antalya. Although ALKU was established a short time ago, it has become a comprehensive educational institution with 10 faculties, 5 vocational schools, and 1 institute.
Alaaddin Keykubat University, which has a total of 11,278 students, is also home to 528 international students.
ALKU signed a cooperation agreement with two university hospitals in Russia in 2022 and is on its way to becoming the center of international health tourism. Alanya University is among the fastest developing universities in Turkey.
Why Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat University?
ALKU has many activities in the field of art. Artworks created by the Faculty of Art, Design, and Architecture are exhibited within the university. In 2022, these works were transferred to the virtual environment.
Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat University has 65 student clubs. These clubs are of great importance for students to develop their social aspects and entrepreneurial characteristics.
Students who want to become international students and participate in the Erasmus exchange program can get the necessary support by applying to the ALKU International Relations Office.
Alaaddin Keykubat University organizes an orientation program every year for newly registered students.
Technological supports such as free wireless internet (eduroam) and Office 365 program are also provided to students who want to take advantage of online opportunities.
The life center and central cafeteria building of the university were established to serve all students, academic and administrative staff.
ALKU stands out with its scientific studies. Investigation of the effect of boric acid on cancer cell lines and the use of boron minerals in medicine are some of the contributions presented to the scientific world.
ALKU became a member of the Turkish Universities Association in 2021. With the Orhun Exchange Program, which is carried out under the auspices of the Turkish Universities Association, student exchanges can be made between the universities of the 6 member countries of the union.

1- High School Diploma.
2- Transcript.
3- Passport.
4- Personal Photo.
5- TRYÖS, SAT, ACT etc Exam Result (if any).
6- Turkish Proficiency Certificate C1 (TÖMER) (if available).
7- Valid English Language Certificate (for English Language Programs / if available).
8- Equivalence Certificate (During registration / after the acceptance process).
Important Notes You Should Pay Attention to:
- The documents submitted during the application must be in Turkish or English language.
- For Application, you can prepare the documents in PDF format and apply via our website.
- The originals of the documents submitted in the application will be given to the university during registration.
- Registrations are made in person or with an official power of attorney issued by a notary on the dates specified in the acceptance letter.
- High School Diploma and Transcript (entire high school education) must be approved (Apostille) by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the relevant country. (Mandatory for equivalence transactions)
- The Turkish translation of the documents must be made by the Sworn Translator of the Embassy of the Republic of Turkey in your country or by the Notary Sworn Translators in Turkey. Otherwise, the translation is deemed invalid.
- Valid language certificates for English programs: TOEFL, YDS, YÖKDİL.
- Students who do not have a valid language document (Turkish or English) must take and pass the language profecincy exam organized by the university.
- Students who do not have a valid language certificate and fail the profecincy exam will receive 1 year of preparatory education.
