2025-2026 Tuition Fees for International Students in Turkey
Tuition fees for international students studying in Turkey in the 2025-2026 academic year have been published in the Official Gazette.
According to Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the decision, the tuition fees for international students must be no less than twice the current cost of services and will be determined by the universities.
The minimum annual tuition fees (base rates) for some of the most relevant faculties and programs for international students are as follows:
- Medicine: 192,392 TL
- Dentistry: 69,402 TL
- Pharmacy: 69,402 TL
- Law: 28,592 TL
- Veterinary: 52,812 TL
- Engineering: 37,838 TL
- Architecture, Fine Arts and Design: 47,630 TL
- Business and Economics: 28,592 TL
- Health Sciences (Nursing, Midwifery, etc.): 25,416 TL
- State Conservatory: 105,646 TL
- Vocational School of Health Services: 19,050 TL
25% Sibling Discount
If more than one student from the same family is enrolled in public universities, a minimum 25% discount will be applied to the tuition fees.
